Sukgeun Lee is a managing director of Arthur D. Little Korea. He specializes in strategy and organization and financial service industry. He has extensive consulting experience in financial industry, telecom industry, manufacturing and government organization. He is a Member of CEO management advisory committee for Korea Stock and Futures Exchange, Stock market efficiency enhancement committee of Ministry of Finance, Financial Reform Planning Unit, Financial Supervisory Commission (FSS), Member of Bank Evaluation Committee, Bank Supervisory Authority (BSA), Member of Securities Evaluation Committee, Securities Supervisory Commission (SSC), Member of Public Company Privatization Committee, Ministry of Planning & Budgetary, Member of Credit Bureau (CB) establishment Committee, and Korea Credit Guarantee Association, all of which well indicate his active involvement. Prior to his joining Arthur D. Little, he has led global capital market practice as apac head in major management consulting firm. He holds BA degree from Sogang University with Summa Cum Laude and MBA from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He has contributed many articles in major newspapers and magazines, and made publication on M&A, "Connecting Korea", Maekyung Publishing co, "Plant, G5", 2 new medias.

Daesoon Hong is a Global Partner and Director at the Seoul office of Arthur D. Little, and the leader of technology /innovation practice and energy practice leader in Arthur D. Little Korea. He specialized in developing R&D strategy including technology strategy, R&D project management, technology valuation, R&D organization to maximize R&D center's ROI with electronics, chemical, manufacturing industries.
He has expertise in corporate renewal, M&A and PMI, change management, and he has a lot of experience in energy and renewable energy sector focusing in PV, fuel cell, and clean coal with market analysis, feasibility study, technology assessment.
He led significant project for Korean government, for example national strategy of plant industry in Korea, national material/component strategy of electronics, R&D roadmap of construction and transportation
He received a Bachelor of Art in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University and Master of Art in Economics with focus in Industrial Organization from the graduate school of the same university. One of his theses was awarded at the thesis contest organized by a major newspaper. One of his theses on knowledge management was presented at a knowledge management symposium held by a major newspaper. He publishes regularly in renowned business magazines and is often a speaker at high level executive events and universities.

Soo-Sung Lee, Associate Director of Arthur D. Little Korea, is currently leading Energy, Chemical, Healthcare, Private Equity and Corporate Finance practice of the firm.
He had started his career as a management consultant at Arthur D. Little Korea before pursued other career opportunities and came back to the firm as a senior leadership member. During his first 8-year tenure at Arthur D. Little, Soosung covered various industries including healthcare & biotechnology, telecommunications, electronics, chemical, retail, and the public sector, as well as a myriad of functional areas including M&A, corporate strategy, human resources, and organizational management.
Before rejoining Arthur D. Little Korea, Soosung was a Managing Director of Roberts Mitani, NY based investment banking firm, and developed the firm’s investment banking and private equity practice in the Korean market particularly targeting small to medium sized high-tech and industrial technology companies.
Prior to Roberts Mitani, Soosung served as Vice President and CFO of Oscotec Inc., a Korean biotechnology company at the forefront of developing new drugs to combat osteoporosis and arthritis. During his 4-year term of office, Soosung assumed primary responsibility for the restructuring of Oscotec’s operations, including spearheading the development of new corporate strategies, redesigning its business processes, and securing financing of more than KRW 10 billion for Oscotec, while concurrently doubling its revenue. Soosung successfully took Oscotec public in early 2007, with an IPO on Korea’s KOSDAQ.
Soosung is currently serving as an advisor for KITIA (Korea core-Industrial Technology Investors Association) and has served as a speaker and chair in business development sessions for the BioKorea conference. Soosung received a Bachelor of Science in Genetic Engineering from Korea University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

Seogin Shin is a global partner and director of Arthur D. Little, and also the leader of financial service practice in Korea market. He has considerable expertise in shareholder value analysis, customer segmentation, service portfolio management, pricing strategy and new business development. As a director, he has devoted himself to contributing to collective intelligence, providing senior counsel to the clients, building new client relationships and mentoring juniors.
After graduation from Stanford University with MS in statistics and Yonsei University with BA, he joined strategy team at Accenture and was moved to Arthur D. Little in 2005. He has extensively developed his consultancy career for more than 12 years by working for large banks, insurers, investment institutes, credit card companies, manufacturers, telecommunication companies and government organizations. In particular, he and his team have successfully developed CRM strategy for the leading commercial bank, Korea CIB model for the biggest specialized bank, m-Finance business strategy for the top wireless telco and enterprise smart innovation & implementation for the largest credit card company.
He has been regularly invited as a speaker or instructor for large scale forums, on the topic of the next generation mobile convergence business, global expansion strategy and the future scenario planning. He has also facilitated ADL Korea’s recruiting programs for undergraduates and MBA’s for a better tomorrow of Arthur D. Little.
